DELIVERY IN METROPOLITAN FRANCE

From 27 March, the distribution of mail, parcels and press will be carried out on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. This can be adapted according to local situations and their evolution.

As a result of these developments, Colissimo is no longer able to guarantee the delivery time of parcels in France.

Adaptation of distribution or delivery terms for signature:

In order to ensure the safety of your customers, our employees and our partners, we temporarily suspend the signature collection for the distribution of recommended letters or contactless Colissimos.

If you are absent or refuse this method of delivery, your recommended letter or parcel will be made available to you in the Post Office or Relay La Poste indicated on the notice of passage that the postman will slip into your mailbox.

DELIVERY IN DOM TOM AND INTERNATIONALLY

Since March 20, 2020, La Poste is no longer able to handle couriers and Colissimo for all destinations.

Overseas (except French Polynesia), transport and delivery activity continues despite a very sharp reduction in air capacity.

International: Until the end of the health crisis, the transport and delivery of parcels to the following destinations is suspended (this list is updated regularly):

  • French Polynesia, Mongolia, Azerbaijan, Philippines
  • Tunisia, Madagascar, Mauritius, Mali, Ivory Coast, Angola, Botswana, Eritrea, Gambia, Guinea-Bissau, Liberia, Mauritania, Sierra Leone, Togo, Afghanistan, Uzbekistan, Yemen
  • The American continent except USA, Canada, Brazil, Argentina and Mexico

The following destinations are closed: Anguilla, Antigua and Barb, The Netherlands Antilles, the Netherlands Antilles (Bonnair), the Netherlands Antilles (Sint Maarten), the Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, Bermuda, Bolivia, Cayman Island, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Curacao, Dominican Republic (Rep), Dominica, El Salvador, Ecuador, Falkland, Grenada, Guatemala, Guyana, Haiti, , Honduras, Turks and Caicos Islands, Virgin Islands GB and US, Jamaica, Montserrat, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Puerto Rico, Saint Vincent , St Lucia, St Kitts and Nevis, Surinam, Trinidad and Tobago, Uruguay, Venezuela

Letters and Colissimo already sent on the day of the suspension of the destination and not yet delivered to the destination countries will be returned to the senders.

For other destinations, given the health situation associated with Covid-19, delivery times may be extended due to:

  • Specific delivery measures implemented by our partners in countries
  • The difficulty of our partners in delivering with reduced staff and reduced instance networks
  • Border controls, particularly in Germany and Spain
  • Cuts in international air capacity
  • Possible lengthening of the customs clearance process

It should be noted that some foreign operators do not provide delivery in all areas concerning their countries and adapt their delivery methods.

The Post Office is no longer able to meet the indicative mail delivery deadlines that were in force. This measure takes effect from March 17, 2020 until further notice.

Specifically for Colissimo

As of March 17, 2020, the guarantee of delivery times for Colissimo for all destinations, which leads to the non-payment of late payments.

For delivery in the Czech Republic, our delivery partner DPD no longer delivers postcodes 78321, 78321, 78324, 78391 and 78401 as of 20 March 2020. We ask our customers not to ship goods to these areas.
